How to use

V8

Simply follow the step-step instructions on the reverse of the card, or see below.

Step 1 – Dial the local access number. If you are not sure which is the best local access number for you, either refer to our access numbers or call Customer Service on 0800 224 483.

Step 2 – Choose a language.

Step 3 – Enter your 10 digit PIN or 7 digit Sequence Number, then press #.

Step 4 – If asked, enter the 4 digit PIN number (found under the scratch panel), then press #.

Step 5 – Enter the phone number you wish to call (00 + country code + area code + phone number), then press #.

Did you know?

  • You don’t need to dial the ‘0’ in the area code when you’re entering the phone number!
  • You can recharge your Chi Tel card by credit card. Simply call 0800 224 483.
